Meet The Doctor & Team
Quinn Yost, DDS, MSD
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
“I created Milk Tooth to help families experience dentistry differently. Just as we are raising this generation of children differently, so should the way we approach their health. We are providing better care today to build a bright future for our children.”
Dr. Jess White, DDS, MS
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
“To me, pediatric dentistry is more than just healthy smiles — it’s about nurturing trust, confidence, and lifelong habits from the very start. I believe in meeting each child where they are, and working closely with families to create a positive and empowering experience at every visit.”
Dr. Nikita “Niki” Patel.

Special Considerations
Dr. Quinn loves delivering comprehensive care to all children; he has made a focused effort to understand the best dental approach for those with special health care needs. He spent two years researching dental care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the University of Washington. His work was published in the Journal of Pediatric Dentistry.
Unique Mindset
Family
Dr. Quinn met his wife, Jessie, in college. Jessie has worked as a preschool teacher, behavioral therapist for children on the Autism spectrum as well as a professional ballroom dance instructor. She is currently home with their three children and enjoys writing on the side, when she can. They have a five-year-old daughter, Brightlyn, three-year-old son, River, and a one-year-old daughter, Everly. As a family they spend most of their time at the beach or hiking and they love going to Mammoth Lakes! Dr. Quinn’s favorite sports are beach volleyball, snow skiing, ice hockey and CrossFit workouts. The Yost family enjoys living in the South Bay.
Family
When Dr. Jess is not caring for tiny teeth, you’ll find her on the ski slopes, spiking volleyballs at the beach, experimenting in the kitchen, or soaking up coastal life with her husband, Alex and 18-month-old daughter, Ella.
Family
Dr. Niki and her husband have a French bulldog, Pickle. They enjoy traveling, hiking, exploring local breweries, and staying active through long walks and pickleball. Family is especially important to Dr. Niki, and she loves spending time spoiling her three nieces and two nephews.
Orthodontist
Orthodontist
Dr. Ohanesian’s treatment philosophy integrates facial esthetics, functional harmony, as well as healthy growth and development to create smiles that look great and function well for a lifetime. He has extensive training from both UCLA and Loma Linda University. Dr. Ohanesian is passionate about creating smiles that are as healthy as they are beautiful — and he believes those two things are deeply connected.
At Milk Tooth, Dr. Ohanesian brings a whole-body approach to orthodontic care. A straight, confident smile matters, but so does how it gets there — how a child’s jaw grows, how their airway develops, and how their bite affects breathing, sleep, and posture over a lifetime. He has extensive experience in airway-focused orthodontics, including treatment for mouth breathing, narrow palates, and sleep apnea, and he considers these foundational to long-term wellness, not just add-ons to a straighter smile.
Dr. Ohanesian treats patients of all ages, combining traditional techniques with cutting-edge options including fixed braces, Invisalign clear aligners, functional appliances, myofunctional therapy, mini-implants, and laser-assisted procedures. His expertise spans early growth modification in children all the way through complex orthognathic surgery for adults.
What sets him apart is his individualized approach. He takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and comfort level, so treatment feels efficient, effective, and — yes — even enjoyable. As a father of three young children himself, he understands firsthand what it takes to guide a young patient through the ups and downs of orthodontic treatment, and he uses that perspective to choose methods that deliver incredible results while keeping kids (and their parents) comfortable every step of the way.
Dr. Ohanesian is committed to helping every patient feel confident, supported, and excited about their smile journey — inside and out.
